Welcome to the SCMA employer page!
Thank you for your interest in supporting SCMA-ASU. Here you will find information about how to attend our Semi-Annual Career Fair, pre-Career Fair Events and how to become a Guest Speaker at one of our weekly meetings.
Career Fair Information:
Benefits:
-
Access to around 150 ASU students, most of which are majoring in SCM
-
Receive instant access to SCMA's student resume database
-
As always, excellent food and beverages for our guests
Sign up:
If you would like to attend the next Career Fair (Fall 2010), simply
- fill out the form located on this page,
- email us at asu.scmamixer@gmail.com, or
- go to the Download Tab to obtain the instructions for the online invitation form.
Once we receive your application and payment information, you will be notified (via e-mail) whether your request to attend was accepted, placed on a wait list or declined.
Cost:
In the past SCMA has sponsored the Career Fair at no cost, with a request for a voluntary donation to cover expenses. This approach was unsuccessful, so we now ask each company to pay for their participation in the event. Companies will now have more space to move around and will receive more personal attention.
Note: Due to limited space, we strongly encourage early application submissions.
Guest Speaker Information:
Every semester SCMA schedules representatives from various companies to attend one of our meeting as a guest speaker. We have found this to be a great way for students to hear about how the theories they are learning are being applied to today's SCM leaders.
Not only do the students benefit, but you as a future employer can meet and network with the next generation of SCM professionals.
